We are drawn to the Entiat Valley.... time and time again. Great Forest Service Campgrounds and also great dispersed sites by the rushing sounds of creeks and rivers await you along with lush green forest for exploring. This site sits just off Forest Service Rd 5800 and has a nice open space for one or two campers. There is a really nice fire pit area and a fence with a gate leading to a nice little creek bank on Tillicum Creek.

Getting Here: The map does not mark the exact spot but gives you the general location.
From Entiat, WA, take Entiat River Rd and drive about 10 miles till you reach the intersection or "town" of Ardenvoir. From there turn left on Mad River Rd and go approx. 2 miles on Mad River Rd until you reach Forest Service Rd 5800 on your left. (The site below is right there.) Continue on 5800 approximately 2 miles until the point where Forest Service Road 5808 turns off to the left, at this intersection this spot will be on your left with Tillicum Creek right behind the site.

We didn't camp here, but here is another decent spot at the intersection of Mad River Road and Forest Service Road 5800. It is right at the intersection and there are rocks blocking access from parking right by the river, which are the downsides. However the river is just steps beyond where you are able to park so it is still an ok spot.
